R2K Property Management was one of the few companies willing to work with me when others wouldn't, even though I had the means and reliability to be a great tenant. Sherena was especially wonderful throughout the process -- professional, kind, and proactive. She stayed in touch every step of the way and genuinely cared about making things go as smoothly as possible. Any issues that came up during my tenancy were addressed quickly and with great communication. Their online portal for payments and maintenance requests is also very easy to use and monitored regularly, which makes managing everything simple and stress-free. Overall, I've had a very positive experience with R2K and truly appreciate their professionalism and support.

They kept a motorcycle in the condo, leading to disgusting black grease on the carpet throughout. Every single window covering, screen, the microwave and the stairway bannister were BROKEN. There was water damage under a bathroom floor that R2K said was "ok"...but it was disgusting and anything but ok. They did NOT conduct inspections and lied to us about their actions. They even told us we had no right to see copies of inspection paperwork!! Of course because there were none conducted. They kept the rent ridiculously below market. We requested an increase; they ignored us. When we persisted, R2K renegotiated a lease ...without inspection! Of our own accord we discovered the ghetto condition of our condo and took our own action. Spent upwards of $20K to put it back together. This business is conducted without integrity. If they would do it to us, they would do it to you.

I was generally happy with my agent, Charlie Mowery during the search phase for my home in Utah…read more It was after the closing that my dissatisfaction hit me square in the face! I had told Charlie that the house needed to be titled in my Living Trust, but it was 2 days before closing that I learned that he or the listing agent had not notified the Escrow Company. Fortunately it was handled just-in-time. Charlie had told me that the furniture I wanted in the house would appear on a separate invoice at closing. I, not being the trustee of my trust, did not see the closing documents, my Trustee did. After closing the numbers didn't add-up. I suspect something was missing, but I was uncertain. Well, later that evening (the day I closed) I received a call from Charlie telling me I had to have a Cashier's check made-out for the furnishings. He told me I would not get the keys to the home I just PAID FOR IN CASH until he received the check! Well, held ransom after spending $600k does NOT rest well with me or Reflect well on Coldwell Banker. My truck was loaded with many of my belongings with my trailer attached behind ready to make the drive to UT to take possession of my new dream home. There was no way with all that load I could get to a bank in-time to get a cashier's check and I told Charlie that. Thanks Coldwell Banker for turning what should be one of the happiest days in my life purchasing my dream home into HELL! After I protested VERY ANGRILY with Charlie he finally said I could bring a check to the office and the keys to MY HOME would be tendered! Held Hostage by Coldwell Banker in St. George, UT! SHAME! During the process being a total stranger to Utah I relied upon Coldwell to get me the necessary information for utility change-over. It arrived the day before closing! The number they provided for the Gas company was disconnected, so again I had to get online and do the research. I thought that's what THEY are PAID FOR! Paid a pretty penny I might add, but their level of service certainly doesn't reflect such! Do NOT use this Realtor... they are bullies and THUGS and obviously very unprofessional and unethical! I will NOT recommend them favorably EVER! They STINK! I only pray that tomorrow when I show-up with the check there will be no more shenanigans from these Clowns! It wasn't I who FAILED to get the orders to the Escrow Company for the Trust Title and the Secondary Furnishings Invoice, it was Coldwell Banker... yet I was to be held hostage? I DON'T THINK SO, Coldwell Banker! Your incompetence caused this, not mine! I was moments away from suing you to the MOON! If tomorrow doesn't work-out with keys in my hand, I surely will be! A Man's Home is his CASTLE! To you it's obviously merely a commodity! You are NOT the gate-keeper to MY PROPERTY, I AM! Learn that quickly or get-out of Real Estate!

We have been associated with Amie Larsen on four different real estate transactions in the past 3…read more1/2 years. Initially, she represented a seller of a home that we purchased. At the time we thought "wouldn't it have been nice if she had represented us on the purchase?" My wife and I never forgot her and when it came time for our family to buy more real estate in Utah, we recommended her and all had a great experience with her and her total team. Eventually we used Amie to sell a home for us in Sugar House and buy another in an exclusive neighborhood of Salt Lake City (15/15 areas). This was a very popular home with nearly 200 people doing a walk-through in one day. We knew it would take a skilled strategist and knowledgeable person to give us a shot to win this home. In the end that is just what happened and we were so grateful for Amie's support and clever and skill for work. Whether you're buying a starter home or your multi million dollar dream home, I couldn't more strongly recommend working with Amie. She is so well-connected it is crazy and everywhere I go I hear the same thing "Amie is amazing." She has also connected us to an excellent property management company and help us resolve a few post sales issues we had with the previous owners. Thank you to Amie and everyone on her team!
