He promised that I would get a 5 star experience and I promised that if I did, I would add a review and hopefully settle the nerves of anyone else who had similar concerns. Roy wasn't flashy. He was calm, thorough and available. I've seen realtors go through 4 or 5 deals a month. I didn't want to have to split my time with 4 other customers. Roy said 1-2 tops. I like the concierge approach. The fewer simultaneous customers, the more time and attention can be devoted to them. I did get a 5 star concierge experience. I would highly recommend Roy. He isn't the hottest new Realtor on the block. He's a guy who cares and has a team that gets the job done. This review is for my experience on the seller side.

Dan Beazley is NOT a person you want to list your home with. He is not an honest business person…read more He owes my business $3000.00 for flood clean up work done on his person residence. He received a check from the insurance company & then went unresponsive. I had to leave him a message posing as a potential customer looking to sell a home in order get get him to return a call. When I finally got him on the phone, he acted like everything was great and that he was just waiting on a commission before he could pay his bill. I even offered to let him make monthly payments and now he has ghosted us for well over a year. I would never recommend this person or trust this person to list my home or business in any real estate transaction. Dan Beazley sold our home in Livonia. We had purchased a water-front condo unexpectedly, and…read moreneeded to prepare and sell our house ASAP. Dan did a great job from top to bottom, especially in steering us away from unscrupulous realtors and purchasers. He warned that one all-too-familiar tactic was to offer the full listing price and to then walk into closing and demand a significant price reduction, knowing that the sellers were "over a barrel" at that point. One such realtor, who refused to identify himself when confronted, showed up before the advertised first showing date with carloads of people, unannounced and uninvited, and then let them walk all around outside, climb up onto the deck, and even look into windows - all while we were sitting at the table eating lunch. He also kept trying to get into the house with his clients for an unsupervised "tour," both before and after the first showing date. Dan helped us fend him off and obtain 3 excellent offers from good-faith purchasers within 24 to 48 hours of the first showing. The sale went off without a hitch as Dan maneuvered through the challenging inspection process - even saving us significantly on commission by serving as buyer's agent as well. Thanks to Dan, we were able to close on our dream condo - on time and unbruised. The importance of hiring a realtor who "knows the lay of the land" cannot be overstated.

The plan was especially important to me because it was 45 years since I last purchased a house. Matt was able to explain the process of selling and buying a new home in simple language. Any fears or anxiety was put to bed by Matt's leadership. All I can say, I got $15,000 more than listing price for my old house and paid $5,000 less for my new condo. Thank you Matt and his team for making my wife and my dreams come true.

The next day he followed up with me via email out of the blue with a set of listings in my price range/according to my criteria. They say "common sense isn't so common". Upon meeting Matt, we were quickly put at ease due to his amiable personality and confidence in his work. Matt came thoroughly prepared with several strategies for selling our home. We appreciated the time he took to explain each strategy and the data to support it. We decided to complete several cosmetic updates to the house before selling, and all of Matt's contractor recommendations were a pleasure to work with. When our home listed in January, we were pleasantly surprised with having several offers after only 2 days on the market. Matt guaranteed it was a stress free experience and negotiated a great deal for us and facilitated a quick closing. We could not be happier with our experience and would highly recommend working with him in the future.

We met with a couple of realtors early in our search before Paul, but we knew instantly that he was the one for us. He is honest and hands-on (helping check everything for your inspections), and he really helped to take the pressure off of us. We never felt forced to make an offer and when we finally found the "one", Paul walked us through every step of the negotiations. Working with both of our schedules, which we greatly appreciated! We have had several friends looking for homes and thinking about selling, and we always recommend Paul to them!

Exceptionally well - Tim Olson exceeded all of our expectations…read more We were in a tough position and needed a seller's agent who was extremely knowledgeable, always responsive to our many phone calls, and someone who would help us make the tough decisions about what to do and not do to make our home fit for the highest possible price. Tim made what is usually a very stressful, sometimes expensive process (getting one's home ready to sell and then sold) relatively painless and EXTREMELY FINANCIALLY FRUITFUL. The lead of the story is this: Tim's labor and expertise enabled us to get (significantly) above our asking price, and did so in an only moderately warm market for our area - - indeed, he got our potential buyers into a bidding war. (We were shocked - but it was great!) But what was really appreciated, besides his professionalism and what seemed to us a kind of "insider's" knowledge and experience, was the fact that he handled nearly everything for us, particularly since the home we were trying to sell was vacant and we lived an hour away (already in our new home). Whether it was knowing exactly what trusted expert to call and hire (Tim should have received a commission as unofficial general contractor for all of the fairly priced and quality contracting labor he suggested) or the expert marketing and price assessment, Tim's work ethic and professional and positive attitude helped us make much (much) more money on our home's sale than we'd anticipated. And did so with considerably less stress than we predicted, to be honest. Tim also always picked up our calls (or returned calls within a short period of time) - even on weekends. We can't say enough positive things about Tim and the valuable service he provided. Thank you, Tim Olson!!!!
