This has been an incredibly stressful identity theft situation, and instead of receiving clear support, I feel like I've been given the runaround. Despite reporting the issue and providing all the information I have, the process has been slow, confusing, and frustrating. I expected a much higher level of urgency and protection when it comes to fraud and identity theft, especially from a major bank. At this point, I'm left dealing with the impact on my credit and spending a lot of time trying to get something corrected that I didn't create in the first place. I hope the bank improves how it handles serious fraud cases and treats affected customers with more urgency and accountability.
