I like everything about the…read morebank except the weight every single time you go in you have a minimum of a 20 minute wait closer usually 230 or 35 minutes usually only two tellers open. If you're lucky there's three and 10 people in line behind them plus people sitting on the couches waiting to go in to see other to get other services it's very frustrating but I feel like for the amount we pay in fees higher another teller or have other people in there who can jump on to help out when the line has more than four or five customers waiting. I can't say enough nice things about this bank's branch manager Scott. I had a hacker get access to…read moremy debit card and they stole $2000 out of my account through PayPal. I went in and talked to Scott and he actually cared unlike the Carthage branch workers. He took time to open up a new account for me and tried to get me a line of credit while my money in my account was tied up. He put thru to the fraud department a 48 hour hardship so I got my money back in around 3 days. Scott really went above and beyond to try to help me, the little guy. I will forever be grateful as I was very upset and stressed cause I had no other money to live on while the fraud team investigated.
