We ended up going to this Scotia Bank because we were on the south shore and needed to do a transaction with a cashier, on Saturday before noon.
The good: Once at the cashier, she was very friendly and took care of our situation very quickly.
The bad: Line was long. Two clerks, and three people available, and yet... One clerk was stuck with an older person, trying to reset his password (took a good 30 minutes). The other clerk was tied up with people that had complicated transactions. So the line was not moving. Third clerk took quite a long time before opening her space again. Afterwards, line started moving.
We almost left, as our plan was to catch a movie. But ww stayed just long enough to do our transaction. Avoid going on Saturdays. read more
