They came soon & began soon & explained everything & made me feel so comfortable to work with them - seemed like the integrity was through the roof , UNTIL , it wasn't - After months of texting and calling "jessica" with no response after they got paid , their "1 year warranty" turned out to be falsified. When the rain came back , we continued to have leaks in the areas they worked on - Went through HOOPS of calling every roofer they had sent out in desperation to get someone to come check the work , because we were still under our year of "warranty." Well, two guys came back and stayed they're not with the company anymore , but that they'd contact the owner . They did so , and they came and put black plastic over the problems areas & never returned to fix anything , claiming that its additional work - but it's the SAME area they worked on. We pretty much paid them for a quick fix & they haven't held up to their "warranty." During this entire process , ZERO returned calls from their office , and ZERO calls from their receptionist Jessica - The workers were the only ones who returned our calls & although they claimed they didn't work for the company anymore , they came and scoped things out. So grateful for THEM- but for the integrity of the company & them returning calls ? Hell no . I'm highly disappointed & shocked that they did a complete turn around on us , when they were so excellent in the beginning . Very disappointed . If they don't return your calls - don't even bother - it's the first of many , and other reviews on Yelp can verify that as such

I've had a leak in my roof for about 3 years now, right after I had solar panels installed. It…read moredidn't leak where the panels were but I think it started leaking because I had 4 people walking all around my roof while installing. Think about this if you're getting panels installed. Anyway, I called a few roofers out (big name ones) and they came out and looked at the roof. They never walked on it. They blamed the panels. I eventually called Doug and he actually walked on the roof! He looked at the panels and said they looked fine. He said the shingle was old and cracked and the flashings around the ac unit and fireplace looked bad. He also discovered rotten wood from a previous leak I had. He said he could remove the entire roof or do an overlay (new shingle on top of the old). I questioned him and he said he would make it look brand new and it would add insulation. The bid he gave me was excellent, not low but not high. He's been up here for 40 years and I've been up here for 50. Never heard of him but his business is still thriving. That's a very good sign. I hired him. Three young men started on the roof. They were quiet and just worked their butts off. Doug kept in constant communication with me if he needed to say or know something. He fixed all the rotten wood, had my ac unit moved so he could shingle properly, did my flat patio and put brand new vents (O'Hagens) in. The guys painted any metal pieces to match the roof color and picked up all the trash around. Even though the solar panel removal was in their way, they worked around them and completed the job in good time. They did a WONDERFUL job!!! It really does look beautiful and brand new. Doug and his guys were so professional and are top notch roofers. I wouldn't hire ANYONE ELSE FOR ROOFING! I've built 3 homes up here and these guys were the BEST! If you have any questions, need information, or just seem lost when it comes to your roof, this is the place and business to go to. Doug will probably be retiring soon but his son is one of the young men who was on the roof. He's probably taking over, or at least I pray he does. We need to keep this business going. I hired Woosley Construction in 2018 to remodel 2 of my properties. He was really a nightmare from…read morestart to finish. And I was forced to deal with his crazy wife who kept calling me. I have had to redo more than 70% of the work he did since he walked off the job leaving it incomplete. EVERY YEAR since 2018 I have had to hire someone new to come back and fix the work he did . I have had to completely redo the plumbing in one of the houses because he folded the hot water line and cemented it in costing me more than $3,000. He did not do any of the electrical correctly, I did not pass inspections, and I had to rehire someone to undo all the work he did and do it correctly. I had to completely redo the flooring in the other house after it only lasted 3 years because he didn't level or create a solid subfloor. He actually used cut up vinyl plank flooring to level the subfloor. I am currently having to redo the tub and shower enclosure because of poor installation. He never completed the exterior painting. The water heater wasn't installed correctly. There is not enough space on Yelp for me to detail all the things he did wrong. He is not a skilled contractor and has zero integrity. Every time I need to redo something I hired him to do I will come back and update this as his work is still coming back to haunt me even 8 years later. Hire at your own risk.

Jose was able to come out within the hour, locate the leak, dig up the ground, and replace the broken main water line. I was super appreciative of Jose's quick response, professionalism, and willingness to go above and beyond, especially so late in the evening. Most importantly, he was able to get the water running again for my tenant that same night.
