Upon entering, the person whom we assumed was Oliver had us sit down. At first it seemed he forgot we had called for an appointment, but he had us sit anyway. I handed him our documents and explained we wanted to get the most out of our refund as we are not married but have two dependents. After he calculated it seemed to be off by thousands. He had forgotten to add my daughter as a dependent. I had to remind him to add her. One thing I do not appreciate is a professional I have to coach. After putting together the best plan to file based on my asking we were finally done. For the service we received I feel like the pricing was very high, about double what I usually pay. The funniest part was when the person that did our taxes said Oliver was his cousin, so not really sure who did our taxes. Extremely disappointed after all of the positive reviews I read.

I asked the receptionist to print out a piece of paper so l could finish my taxes. The accountant Ellen Fusco screamed at me demanding to know why l'm using their printer. I was a client of 9 years and have used their printer in the past. She was screaming at me to the point i was so scared, embarrassed, and upset. She berated me in front of other clients and workers. She said she was too busy and didn't have time to help, but had the time to scream at me over a printer she doesn't own. I requested a tax extension and Ellen Fusco announced to the whole office I needed the extension because I didn't have the money to pay my own taxes. Save your money, time, and sanity and find another establishment. Ellen Fusco is so scary and a mentally troubled woman. I took my taxes to a more professional business where I can use the printer without fear.
