The well-trained barista was friendly, knowledgeable, and did her best to prepare my Cortada just as I liked it. I usually forget to request a ceramic or glass for drinking coffee in the store, but she asked if that was my preference; extra points here! The layout, ambience, cleanliness, and variety of seating in the shop and outside were absolutely perfect. I came in and ordered a breakfast sandwich I had a sausage egg and cheese sandwich but I opted to have it put on a toasted bagel. It was good. Dinosaur ordered a large coffee the way I like it basically cream and add Splenda packets in there. You have to be careful though in the afternoon shift sometimes they're not always keeping that coffee as fresh as it should be but if you make notice they will double check it and make it if needed.
