The staff helped coordinate everything I needed over the phone and vial email. On pick up day they were ready a day before, on drop off day they came to my car and helped me unload in about 5 minutes and we were done. I explained that we were going away camping for two weeks with very limited access to the internet. He said that wasn't a problem and that he would put aside a tent for us. He did send someone to check out the space for the tent and all was well. He wrote to say it would work. I immediately responded and told him to let me know how we could put a deposit down. He replied by email that I could call him with the credit card information or fill in the online form. The later would not work as we were camping so I phoned and left two or three voice messages giving him the Visa info. I did not want to do it all in one phone call as I felt uncomfortable with that. I also went to a place with Internet and wrote and told him that I had left a voice message with all the info and to please email me and let me know that he had received the necessary information needed for the deposit. On coming home I repeatedly phoned and emailed to see if we did have the tent. I left messages saying that I was really getting concerned as this was a post wedding brunch for my daughter and that I needed to know. I never was given the courtesy of a response which I find to be very unprofessional. If he had just let me know where we stood then I would not have written this review. I am wondering if the company is still in existence or if something has happened to Ryan. They have two phone numbers. I tried them both but the voice message on both number numbers was Ryan. We ended up getting the tent from another company in a fast,professional manner. Too many companies renting tents to put up with unprofessional, cavalier treatment offered by Action Party Rental.

She was also our day-of coordinator and I didn't even know until AFTER the wedding that our photographer locked all her gear in her car and we almost missed out on documenting our entire big day, and, when the bartending team made a stink about providing guests with certain preferred drinks, she had it sorted in mere minutes. She helped with seating charts, decorating, flower arrangements, hotel accommodations for guests, and so much more. And she did it with the organizational skills of Martha herself. We got a great deal on their services through a website that offered good deals, and they're one of the vendors we're very happy with. The owner, Rod, was also very helpful and would go out of his way to make sure we could take advantage of the offer they had. When the time came, we went to their office to see what lighting equipment they had to offer. There were tons of options, from all sorts of intelligent lights to uplights to projectors and screens. Brent, one of their DJs, explained everything to us and made sure we got a package that was exactly what we were looking for. Until we get married, we have the task of coming up with play lists (do not play, please play, cultural music requests, etc) using their extensive and user-friendly website. We feel very confident that our experience with them will continue to be a good one, as we have never (ever!) had any reason from them to believe otherwise.
