I asked on a local page if anyone had recommendations for other similar businesses as I had found them to be unreliable and likely had taken on more clients than they could service. The owner saw the post, got upset, called me a liar because I gave my reasoning for cancelling as finances, and then claimed she was taking the high road - sent me a nasty message, blocked me and then put me on blast on the business's FB page. So in 2019, I used them for 4-5 weeks. I became frustrated after being rescheduled 3 times - once due to weather understandably. I decided to go biweekly thinking it would be easier. They wanted to still charge me for the weeks they weren't coming and I decided not to continue services. Instead of being confrontational and telling them why I felt this way, I said I was cancelling due to finances. I should have just been honest about my feelings - that charging on weeks they aren't coming feels like a scam - because now she is harassing me on her business page. Super professional. Regardless of what I told her was my reason for cancelling, it doesn't change that 3 out 4 appts were rescheduled. read more
