The shop later told me my transmission was overfilled by nearly 2 quarts and recommended a pan drop and filter change, which I approved. The problems began immediately after their service. Before picking up my vehicle, I received a call from the owner's son. He informed me that my transmission was now suddenly 'not running well' and exhibiting a delayed engagement from a stop. They immediately blamed this new issue on the 'age' of my vehicle/transmission and told me it was likely failing and 'might need to be replaced.' After doing my own research, I discovered my repair order shows they only installed 3 quarts of transmission fluid for a job that requires 4.5 to 5. They had left my transmission nearly 2 quarts low. Coincidence? I purchased the correct fluid, and after adding the missing fluid myself, the problem is 100% GONE. The transmission shifts perfectly again. A basic fluid service is one of the most common jobs a shop does. If they can't get that right, and their first instinct is to blame your vehicle instead of their own work, they cannot be trusted. This is either gross incompetence or a deliberate, predatory business practice in order to scam customers. I fixed their 'failing transmission' for the cost of 2 quarts of fluid. Avoid this business at all costs.

The dent itself was in a tough spot on my hood, so there was some uncertainty whether or not it could be done, but he was upfront and honest about everything. He even reassured me that I wouldn't be charged if the repair wasn't possible. When he arrived, he was professional, respectful, and easy to talk to. We had a great conversation during the process, and it was clear he takes pride in what he does. He made sure both he and I were fully satisfied with the results before finishing up. I dropped the car off, and they completed the tire rotation efficiently. The next day I was alarmed when a system error and check engine light came on. Naturally, I was worried it might be related to the tire rotation service I just had. I called the shop and explained my concerns. They were very responsive and reassuring, they told me to bring the car back in, and if it was related to the tire rotation, they would take care of it under their warranty with no issues. I stopped by their shop, and their team performed a full system check. They identified something with the turbo that wasn't related to the tire rotation service, but they reset the system at no charge. (The check engine light is off for now). This shop truly stands behind their work. They are honest, professional, and customer-focused. It was a pleasure working with them, and I will definitely be bringing my car back for any future service needs. Highly recommend!

An engine light problem that hey spent a long time working on and replacing parts that probably were not necessary and they never fixed the problem. I complained and got angry and they said to me never come back to them. I took the vehicle to another shop and they fixed it and said I should ask for money back. Because they fixed it quickly. I would not recommend them, they are not the best despite all the certificates and nice shop.

Now the service light went on and I took it to a trusted shop, it needs a full service; Transmission and Engine. When buying the car they told me it was in perfect condition. I hear good things about Mike, but the other associate is garbage and I will never go back here or recommend them.
