Hit or miss. If having a doctors office that cares about you holistically this is not the place. Scheduling is tricky.

My mom has almost died under there care we had to call 911 ourselves or my mom would have died. The doctor who decides patients outcomes should actually go to facility and see patients personally instead of reading a report and deciding there fate, Very disappointed in Kaiser so glad they are not my insurance company if they are yours I suggest you change or take a chance of dying under there care!

She clearly lacks the proper training and temperament to deal with people experiencing mental health crises and distress. Working in mental health is not an easy job; a person needs a certain amount of empathy and patience to be effective at it, and this woman had none. I have honestly never felt less valued as a "customer" at a more vulnerable time of life as needing a mental health doctor. As a result, this employee is causing further distress for patients with her unprofessionalism. This is a serious matter. All people are wanting is get an appointment to see a doctor. It's not a lot to ask for. Shame on you Kaiser, for keeping employees like this on your payroll.

Dr. Winter is very methodical and careful, and always gives my retinas a thorough examination because I had tears in them way back in 2016. I have a lot of confidence in his work. The facility is more cozy than Rock Creek and easier to get to and get around in, although they only have a few specialties here. My wife's optometrist (Dr. Shealeen Panetta) is also here, so we visit the facility fairly frequently. The facility just finished a long remodel, which was messy, but it's all finished now and looks good.

I had experienced what I perceived to be discrimination at this pharmacy in the past. I understand, Andre, as the supposed "manager" needs to take claims like mine seriously. He made me cry as I am a very sensitive anxious person and the follow up was WORSE than the actual discrimination itself. He was NOT discreet, he used a tone of voice and behavior that was domineering/aggressive and he embarrassed me in front of the other customers. I am actually, quite perplexed at the moment. I would have thought as a person of color himself, he would have more empathy with my experience. I know what I experienced. I know the looks I got. I stand by my comments. He did not use discretion, intimidated me and made me, the FUCKING victim feel like I was the perpetrator of a CRIME. I used to like him. I truly find myself disgusted by the follow up. I dont care how bad of a day youre having. I have worked in customer service many, many years. You dont approach a follow up with such hostility and lack of empathy. What sound manager approaches the alleged victim of discrimination in such a threatening and hostile manner. HE could tell I was uncomfortable and he kept pressing. I guess some people just snap after all the negative energy - I get it. The staff there seem miserable and I am in disbelief with how I was treated. Andre used possessive language and harbored the demeanor of a militant cop on a power trip. you DO NOT treat your customers like this. Un-FUCK-ing believable. I had more self control than he did. and hes like, 20 to 25 years my senior. I could and would be a better manager and understand you dont use hostile conduct like he did with such a sensitive issue/grievance as mine. As a manager, I would have been far more discreet and approachable. Yes, we are human and fallible - Andre CLEARLY did not act like a manager today. I empathize though. After working in an environment permeated with negativity and becomes the breeding grounds for a cesspool of toxic human interaction, I understand. I am far younger than him and know better. look at your negative reviews and shitty ratings and do some self reflection, man. Jesus christ.

To say I was satisfied with Dr. Halls treatment would be a complete understatement. My results were…read moreunexpected - outstanding - and completely life-changing. Before my treatment, one small tweak would quickly spiral out of control and at times be severe and debilitating. I've been carried out of vehicles, crawled up stairs, spent countless sleepless nights laying flat on a hard wood floor because even breathing would hurt. A sneeze could make me cry. My entire life was controlled by pain - or stressing out about when the next bad episode would hit. After multiple doctors, numerous scripts for pain killers, 4 MRIS, nerve testing, a pricey meeting with a spine specialist at a very prestigious hospital, and a 15 year timeline -- I learned "nothing is wrong with you" or "it's in your head." And left feeling helpless and slightly crazy. I met Dr. Hall in November of 2017. On our first meeting and overview exam, we reviewed my xrays. I'll never forget the moment when he pointed to the image and said "yep, right here - there's the smoking gun." Wait... really? How could he have figured this out so quickly. He explained that my right hip was 1.5 inches out of line with my left. Then showed me the "timeline" of issues up my spine caused from years of misalignment. We talked about my stiff straight neck - what caused it what's making it worse - and the negative effects I'm experiencing from this. My "carpel tunnel" is most likely not carpel tunnel all. Most of my sinus headaches, he explained, were likely caused from the lack of curvature and neck compression. Everything he said to me in his diagnosis was backed up with simple, clear, facts and evidence. It all made so much sense to me. It was the first time I finished a conversation about my issues pain feeling hopeful, rather than frustrated. For the first time in over 15 years, I'm confident that my joint issues are solved and I feel completely in control of my body. I am again able to choose my level of activity and challenge myself, rather than letting my pain dictate what I am able to do and when. Im able to enjoy skiing three days in a row without fear of an episode that would ruin my day. I confidently enjoy hikes more challenging than i ever would have attempted before. I am proud to call myself a "runner" once again and enjoy frequent runs with my husky, Samson. Prior to meeting doctor hall I had decided my running days were over (despite it being my favorite and most mind-clearing activity). Yoga is once again a part of my life and I'm so grateful for how "right" my body feels. Today, if I ever trip hiking, slip on ice or fall skiing, I don't dread whats to come. Because even if I experience a minor fall or bump -- the after pain (if any at all) is so minimal. AND the best part is -- I'm now fully capable of making pain go away simply and quickly (with a set of exercises he gave me for on going maintenance). Armed with these tools, I get back on my feet and on with life comfortably -- all within the same day. I could never put into words how empowered that makes me feel. Yet, even saying he 'changed my life' is still too simple to fully capture the impact he's made. The new me enjoys an overall improved well being, which in turn, has also positively impacted those closest to me (some who have never known me without my main issues of back pain, carpel tunnel, and intense headaches.) But wait, there's more. Dr Halls impact, quality of care, and compassion stretches even further. I spoke to him about my father who lives in another state, but was someone I assumed could benefit from chiropractic. Dr Hall gave me detailed advice, and even called around my hometown area looking for a chiropractor that would be a good fit for my fathers very precise and sensitive needs. His willingness to help my father (a patient he'd never actually see) is a true reflection of his character, passion and confidence in his field.

However I received a 1 star review from Cameron stating that I overcharged for the job that was only supposed to take 3 hours. He agreed to go along with the job, knowing it wasn't your average water heater swap out. This hasty review has already damaged the reputation of my business and my ability to receive leads.

It was an outpatient surgery but, not without some risk. Anytime you're under anesthesia there's risk, right? The surgery started two hours late due to some delays there, so I didn't pick her up till about 8pm, the place was a ghost town. But they'd been given my cell # to text and I was kept posted on her status the whole time, and I got a call from her surgeon telling me she's fine, there were some minor complications (oh boy, here we go...) but she's in recovery, come get her. He was terrific and as he promised, we were given his cell number and he told me if you even THINK there's a problem over the weekend, call me! Wow. The nurse in the recovery area was fantastic. She and my wife had become fast friends and I almost had to interrupt their conversations to encourage her to move the process along, please? It was a long drive home in the dark on an unfamiliar two lane road back to Golden. In summary, an experience like this kind of restores your faith in humanity. And I was thinking, these people survived Covid, survived a huge fire nearby just a few weeks previously, and they just keep doing the best they can for their patients with such heart and kindness. Fantastic.
