He then trimmed the front completely up when I asked for barely anything off and basically got rid of the flow in my mullet giving me basically a shitty mowhawk. He clearly only cared about getting someone else in the chair because this was all in 15 minutes and he didn't show me the back, which slipped my mind when there because I was too mortified by the front. When I emailed asking for at least a refund because I didn't trust them to fix it I received no response. I had to go to another barber who said it was so bad I had to buzz it. Do not go here.

He did a subpar haircut, sides went up too high with the clippers and the back was squared instead of tapered and was out in fifteen minutes . I got scalped leaving me less classy but certainly edgy-I'll survive this but I most likely won't go back.

One of the other barbers brushed and my four year old's hair because he heard her asking for a a haircut and had a few extra minutes. She was over the moon. The Original Barbershop is always comfortable and professional. All the gentlemen who work there are always friendly and classy. There's laughing and conversations that fill the air, but they're conscious that there are kids present and keeping it appropriate. I can't recommend it enough-we've personally had Miguel for the past 2-3 years and yesterday Evan. The other barbers seem to be just as professional and friendly providing great service. You can't go wrong.

Katrina is the owner, and she keeps a clean, efficient shop in a well hidden location. Jenna usually cuts my hair, but Katrina fills in if I don't want to wait. They are very friendly, take pride in their work, and seem to have a client base of repeat, loyal customers. They offer a discount for seniors, and another discount for veterans. Katrina's dad was a World War II veteran, and this is her way of honoring him and his fellow veterans. I am sure he was proud of her recognition. Inside is similar to a traditional barbershop, but also provide services for women and children. It's not a "man's" shop. Decor is pictures from the forties and fifties, James Dean, Marilyn Monroe, V-day in NY. No reservations, just walk in, sit, and take your turn. A few months ago, I needed a rush cut on a busy Saturday afternoon. Got in about 11:15, they already had a full house. I mentioned the need to be out before 12:30. Shortly after noon, a person who was ahead of me, told me to take his turn, he knew I had to leave. Great gift for me, but typical of the friendliness of the shop. Katrina was prepared to ask for volunteers to help me, but the group handled this on their own. They know they can expect the same on a day when they need it. Best of all, when I leave I don't look or feel like I just got a haircut! Perfect blending, no corners, but rounded shape where it should be. Give them a try, watch for their small sign on the main road, go to the back of the mini-mall, and go into the back entrance. I know that Katrina also owns Atkinson Hair Depot, I've never been there, but I suspect they are also worth trying out.
