She analyzed what had previously been done with my hair and was able to correct everything. When I say precision cut, she performed that aspect so well that I am able to wash and style my hair because she cut it so that it all falls into place. She also took into account that my hair is thin. I had been told by a $$ stylist before her that I would not be able to have a specific bob cut that I had picked because my hair was too thin. Erika proved that person wrong.
