It might look intimidating at first, but there are many different courses with varying levels of difficulty, for different age groups and skill levels. You pay for three hours, and you get to try as many as you want. We were exhausted after three courses of the nine they had available, but I am definitely going back to challenge the rest of the courses! the feeling of accomplishment at the end is the best.

Tickets prices are based on height in cm., and can easily be purchased online. Kids under 100 cm are free. Americans beware, German liability laws are much different, and it's very much "participate at your own risk" park wide. That said, as long as you're exercising smart parenting practices, its pretty awesome! For instance, you can literally control some of the rides as a parent. Many low intensity rides have no staff supervision - you on and off-board whenever the next empty cart rolls up. There's a wide variety of things to do from ball pits to epic slides, a trampoline park, small roller-coaster, petting zoo, legit log ride, and numerous carnival-style-dizzying rides. The food was excellent: high end cafeteria style schnitzel/wurst/burger/fries, along with coffee baristas, flammkuchen, and candy/cotton candy/gelato/popcorn stands. The first time we had a tour of the facilities: fitness/gym sauna, pool, etc. Most of the staff we spoke with were able to converse (somewhat) in German. Today we took our 10.5 month old to the kiddie pools and he loved it! (No, well, first he cried...then he loved it! ^^) We went on a Wednesday afternoon after his nap and it was not crowded at all. Plenty of space for people to swim laps, dive, or just play in the water. It's possible to swim outside (pass the vinyl curtains) but we did not try. In the corner, there is a water slide which non-swimmers like me can enjoy! The locker rooms area is co-ed with separate showers and locking stalls to change in. Next time we go we will be starting our monthly membership. This was partly decided after another employee (manager?) took us on a tour of the baby/children area, offered to have us leave our son there for a "test run" while we talked with the fitness people, was quick to translate anytime other employees spoke German to my husband, and was generally very happy to have us there. Glad there's such a nice place nearby. By the way, Americans should find that the water is not overly chlorinated or slimy ;)
