I called this company to get a quote for a tree re location and possible landscaping in that same…read morearea. At the beginning the man was very nice and professional explaining everything to me, however, when I mentioned that I only wanted him to re locate the tree (because he gave me a ridiculous estimate of 5000-8000 for a small area) everything changed. He basically said that he wasn't interested anymore and this is a waste of his time. If he's not doing the landscaping as well (and making a ton of money) then he's not interested. What a horrible thing to say and horrible service. Very unprofessional, call someone else.

Similar to the other review left here, Arbor1 showed up unannounced one day to do some work that…read morethey had provided me an estimate for. While the invoice didn't overcharge me for anything, the work was not done to my satisfaction. For one tree, I was very specific about how much I wanted trimmed off at the top. But it doesn't look like they trimmed back anywhere close to what I had requested. At a bare minimum, they should have called me the day prior, to confirm that it was OK for them to come the next day to do the work. And they should have come to my door and asked me to come inspect the work they had done, if I was happy with the results or if I wanted more trimmed off any of the trees. Instead they left as abruptly as they showed up. I think a true professional would have better communication with a customer and make sure the customer was satisfied before calling the job 'completed'. Needless to say, I won't ever use them again and I would encourage people to do some research before hiring an arborist.
