I was able to complete all my pre-info and insurance information online through an email from the dr office. I arrived 5 minutes prior to my appt and was checked in immediately. Everyone was adhering to the Mask precaution. Dr Gottleib always has a great calming bedside manner. He is direct and helpful with questions as needed. I recommend him to anyone that asks for a dermatologist. On a side note: it is a shame that this "office" has had some past unfavorable reviews regarding the "reception area". I have never experienced any of them personally. Perhaps the situations have been addressed and corrected. Don't let all the past bad reviews of the "office" itself sway you from booking and seeing Dr Gottleib or any of the other doctors at this office. My rating if specific to my experience and the DR I see.

I had a very disappointing experience with this business. I scheduled an appointment through their…read morewebsite, only to have it canceled via text message just a few hours beforehand, with no explanation provided. When I called to understand what happened, I was given inconsistent and unconvincing explanations. First, I was told the system flagged me as a bot, which does not align with how the appointment was booked. Then I was told I may not have confirmed the appointment--also incorrect. The lack of transparency was frustrating, but even more concerning was the complete absence of accountability. Customer service was particularly poor. The representative I spoke with (possibly named Theresa) was dismissive, unhelpful, and showed little interest in resolving the issue or acknowledging the inconvenience caused. While the quality of services may be strong, the administrative side of the business is clearly disorganized and undermines the overall experience. Reliability and basic communication should not be this difficult.
