What an incredible delivery experience! My sweet aunt just finished chemo and I wanted to send her…read moresomething special to celebrate. I ordered online and went with "Designer's Choice" and wow, I could not be happier that I did. My aunt called me absolutely overjoyed by her surprise! The delivery person noticed her sign asking not to knock or ring the doorbell (she has a reactive pup) and instead sent her a text and waited patiently for her to come outside. Then took the time to congratulate her on finishing chemo. That kind of thoughtfulness is so rare and it genuinely meant so much. And the bouquet? Mind blowing. My aunt said it is the most beautiful arrangement she has ever received in her entire life and that the photos do not even come close to doing it justice. Her whole house smells amazing. Thank you Renae's Bouquets for making my auntie's day truly unforgettable!

I cannot recommend Renae"s Bouquet, but the people are very nice. I paid $150 for a birthday…read morearrangement to place on an entry table. It was a very small bouquet (the size of a roll of paper towels). The clear glass vase with a mix of stems showing through was a standard FTD vase (not like high-end professional florist). I got the flowers on Thursday and by Saturday morning everything wilted all over the table and floor and I had to throw them out (plus, every time I looked at them I felt bad). I'm including photos so you can better understand how this was not worth $150. In all fairness, I could have called them to see if they would make good on the order, but I didn't. If this was their best effort for $150 I can't recommend them. Amazon Prime flowers are better and last forever. Get the French Country flowers - they are beautiful, will last weeks, and only $59. My last comment: They made a big fuss about the flowers being grown locally, but I think that's where the problem begins. A florist is only as good as their flowers, and these flowers were pretty, but fell apart almost overnight like wildflowers do. They rotted fast.

This cute little shop is always buzzing with the creation of their many specialty gift baskets. And always chock full of all types of made-in-Santa-Barbara items to make each gift basket even more special. I always find something new whenever I stop in. With their location right in the heart of Old Town Goleta, and plenty of parking all around them, their staff is always helpful in making sure each gift basket is special. Thank you to Coruna for helping make some serious gift basket decisions today. With this being the busy Christmas season, their wait time for specialty gift baskets can be up to a week . . . so plenty of time right now. They also have some pre-made gift baskets ready to go, which is always appreciated.

AWESOME!! We randomly stopped here on the way to Ostrichland because of the "Olive Oil Tasting"…read moresign. sign me up!! A group of us shared 2 tastings. We were treated to delicious olive oil with a small piece of bread and then the same oils were used to be paired with unique balsamic vinegars. The majority of gals in my group loved the blood orange balsamic vinegar. We checked in on yelp and got the buy one tasting, get one free. The lady that helped us was super nice and very knowledgeable about all the olives. This was a fantastic pit stop. Definitely recommend if you're in the area.

Oil's Well That Ends Well…read more Locally owned and grown olive oil company that saw its humble beginnings over 25 years ago (1996) when the founder, Theodora Stephan, planted her first olive trees in nearby Santa Barbara--with her first harvest in '98! Fast forward to today, and they've grown from a roadside farm stand to having won multiple award for their EVOO, as well as having two boutique stores, this one and one in Solvang, to go along with a mass production facility in nearby Buellton. The Good: *Friendly, no pressure customer service *They have monthly olive oil and balsamic vinegar clubs *Over 40 food products to choose from, including their award-winning EVOOs, balsamic vinegars, mustards, spices, sauces, and more. *All EVOOs are organically grown *Lotions, bath salts, and other skin care products *EVOO tastings The Meh: *Store is a bit on the smallish side and cramped for an ogre, such as myself. The Ugly: *A lot of prices are not displayed/not marked on the products. I know, I know if you have to ask... But, anywho, that's one of my pet peeves about places like this. It's not difficult to just make things clear. TLDR: Cute little store in a charming town. If you love EVOO like I do, then definitely check them out.
