I ate a ball. It tasted okay…read more I was intrigued by the beautiful display on the way back from my 10K run and a little hungry so I thought I'd stop in to check it out. The signs were all in German so I picked my ball the way I pick my wine, looks only. Once I decision I did ask what it was and the staff said milk chocolate. It's a bit oddly shaped so lots of crumbs or I just a messy eater. Cookie-ish. It's nice to try something new although I wouldn't say this is a must if you're visiting Fussen.

Loads of sugar, kind of hard, not much flavor (other than "sweet" - kind of like how you'd describe rock candy).
