Let's start with Part 1 of my experience, in a series of complaints I will post and repost, first to warn the general public and anyone applying for bankruptcy relief or for a job with Rumanek and Company. Secondly, in court, in front of a Master of the court, two of their 'LIT's' boldly lied about my case, about filing pre-bankruptcy taxes, about the surplus due, and the tax department emailed me many times in different years stating they had in fact filed taxes. Low and behold, in 2019 CRA said to me during a call, no pre bankruptcy taxes were ever filed. It's a BIA (Bankruptcy Insolvency Act) law that they must follow and they did not, they lied, were negligent and committed an illegal actions against the BIA Act. The actions of not filing my pre taxes and illegally withholding this information and lying to me, placed all subsequent tax years further out from being completed by CRA, these failings and actions by Rumanek and Company pushed my discharge out for 2 years, and will it be 3 years Feb 2021. Don't let this happen to you. All transcripts will be made available for the public to view in the coming months. Because of their unprofessional, and extremely questionable ethics and complete and utter lies, I am still undischarged. They lied to me, and for no reason, I don't even know these people. I met Carl Rumanek twice, and Jordan Rumanek the first time in 2018 at court. I will be posting a link for the general public and new customers to view, or people who are searching for a bankruptcy firm. The series of posts about Jordan and Carl Rumanek, and it's tax and accounting departments are true and factual and will be posted with updates as the issues evolve. All evidence and materials of the case against the company and it's 'LITS" will be made available to the public accordingly via an online link. I'd rather focus my time on providing evidence to new and current customers, and warning the public, much more productive. A lawsuit was filed and they're being sued and when I win, and I will, the company will be writing a cheque to the creditors, their misconduct and unprofessionalism has caught up with them. Please be careful, very careful, and cautious. They were brought brought before the OSB (Ontario Superintendent of Bankruptcy) in 2018 and 2019, they're regulatory body, for multiple complaints and found guilty of lying to the court at 330 University Avenue, in Toronto, Canada. The LIT's have never apologized, or explained why any of this occurred, and they have never explained why they did what they did. When someone is asked a question, and never responds, and then refuses to, it simply means, their lying. On another occasion in 2017, Mr. Carl Rumanek stated to me during a call, which was recorded, 'I am your master, for all intents and purposes, I run your life" - I'm like what??? Very dominating and intimidating conduct and scared for my well being. To the general public, because I refused to consent to their lies and misconduct, negligence and found massive errors with my file, massive tax errors at court in 2016 I am still undischarged, two years plus. This could happen to you. Choose another, any other, insolvency company, not this one at any of their locations. Lastly, after I presented all material facts and documentary evidence, by way of court proceedings, transcripts, taxes and emails from the company to the Ontario Superintendent of Bankruptcy, provincially and federally in 2018 and 2019, they're relentless pursuit against me hasn't stopped, and I have experienced uncomfortable situations and it has only gotten worse.
