I ordered delivery for two elderly families who live next door to each other. Their computer system kept changing the address of one house and the name of who I deliver to on the other order, I have had to call to expedite the issue three times now and nobody calls me back. I have a confirmation on my order to one address but the shipping order confirms a totally different address and now my package is going to the wrong address and nobody calls me back. When I call in the people who have left the errors do not speak to you the concern has to be "expedited" yet nobody returns calls. Since I am a new customer this does not speak well of their service. I am going to seek other delivery services since this company gives such poor customer service. read more

Horrible customer service. I placed a large mail order for ham and holiday foods. It was supposed to arrive on Dec 10th. This is the 13th and evidently the order has not even shipped yet. They cannot tell me if my holiday dinner food will arrive before Christmas. I tried to cancel the order, but they refused. I may end up having to buy the holiday dinner food locally and I am still out $268 until whenever my order arrives. This is not a company that I care to do business with again. read more
