The man who put the last roof on is retired now but his son, Andrew, is every bit as good. They promised to be at my house by 6am. At 6:01am the dumpster was parked in the driveway. By 6:10 the crew had tarps hanging from the roof covering my shrubs, sidewalks, etc. the crew even got the potted plants out of the yard and under the front portico. Then the old roof started coming down! I returned from my daughter's house at 11:45am to find the job completed. The yard, driveway & sidewalks were immaculate. By tearing the roof down to the plywood they were able to identify & replace 7 sheets of plywood. They did a great job at a very competitive price!

This team is one in a million! They were forthright about potential challenges from the beginning, communicative about options, and willing to do whatever it took to do the job right. They told us exactly when they could start and when they would finish; when they would be working and when they would not be. They were even specific about start times and punctual at that! The job was not without complications (of course...) but they were undeterred. Their positive attitude is awesome, as is their creativity to come up with solutions to snags on the fly, and the finished product speaks for itself. It is MAGNIFICENT! It is PERFECT! Their clean-up was equally thorough. We have yet to move into the home but most of the neighbors have already stopped by to compliment us on the fence.
