Please note to date the only positive review is Candy from a different state. Likely a mis-post or made by a friend or relative of the company. These guys are terrible. I think the only way they keep the doors open is with low end new construction for contractors building spec homes. I used them once, showed up on the wrong date with the wrong parts to replace a faucet. Got that right on the 2nd trip. The one and only thing that was right. Replaced a toilet but installed the wrong seat. Ended up installing the correct one my self several days later would not let them back in our home. Next morning after the toilet install it was leaking between the tank and the bowl. Had them come out to fix the leak and they charged us to fix their install error. Received the bill a few days later and they also charged us for work they didn't do. Must of been something that should have been on a different person's bill. The main plumber was polite and understanding but no one ever apologized for the shoddy work or billing errors. read more

I called this morning to ask for someone to look at my furnace-I had no heat. Spencer answered right away and said they could get to it today. within an hour, Andy was at the door... looked everything over and found my problem. He actually had the part in his truck and I was up and running within two hours!! This is the second time they have blown me away with great service! Thank you !! read more

DO NOT CALL SCHROEDER PLUMBING & HEATING!!!!!! Call someone else!! My elderly mother purchased a new Furnace from these thieves a year ago and it stopped working on 12/7 and her house was 42 degrees inside. I made a call to Schroeder since they were the company that installed it and the unit would still be under warranty for repair. When I called the office I got a recording that said to call the on call technician. I called the technician and left a voice message detailing the problem and asking for a return call to have someone come and fix the problem as soon as possible. I waited an hour and received no return phone call, so I called again and left another message. Once again I waited another hour and called for a third time and left yet another message and still received no return phone call. I never received a call from the on call technician or anyone from this company the entire weekend. On the morning of Monday 12/10 I called the office and spoke to someone and asked to talk to Spencer Schroeder the owner to voice my concerns and to set up an appointment to have someone come out to look at the unit. He was not available and she said he would call me back. Called again the afternoon of the 10th and again asked him to call me back, again no call back. Called again twice on the 11th and still to this day no call back from Spencer the owner or anyone from this company. Seeing the pattern here? It is bad enough when an on call technician doesn't call you back, but the owner of the company? Pretty easy to see that this company is only interested in taking advantage of elderly customers overcharging by a thousand dollars from initial install quote, then not servicing the products that they sell and having no concern for customers comfort or safety. Quick to cash the check but no service or even a return call after the sale. SHAME ON YOU SPENCER, YOU SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF YOUR COMPANY AND MORE IMPORTANTLY YOURSELF!! You have my number Spencer, still waiting for that return phone call, but I am sure I won't get it. Go elsewhere there are better and more honest options with other companies in the area!!! read more
