Jake, who came to do the estimate (and later led the installation), is exceptionally personable and knowleadgeble, and answered our every question thoughtfully to help us decide on the best products for our needs, without any of the usual pushiness or upselling. This is a small, tight company, and both service and communication from Cody, the owner, through Chris at the office, to the engineers, is five-star. The quote was timely and detailed, the warranties solid, and the final cost exactly where we needed t to be. After a call to Valley's office today and an almost immediate visit by Jake and Tyler to discuss a humidifier installation, we were reminded of what an exceptional company this is. Whatever your heating and cooling needs, be sure to give Valley a look. My wife and I can't recommend them highly enough, and wouldn't even consider using anyone else. Thanks, Valley -- you rock!
