Otherwise, will need instruction in proper and quality building standards. Must be agreeable with drug use on property as it helps one "work better". Expect to clean up after. You will be reminded by employee, "I have a bad temper" passive aggressive gaslighting i spoke 4 times about the double door not being installed correctly. They would only tell me I need a deck installed and why it had to be that way. They would not correct. I have another contractor coming to repair the new door install so it will be correct.
