I grew up singing most of my life, however I have done it less and less as an adult. Working with Rebecca has shown me that the music has not completely left. Rebecca shows excitement for her students and champions you as you go along with the lesson. The lessons are also very affordable as well. After attending in person sessions for over a month I was able to change my schedule slightly. Even during this time when my schedule was crazy she allowed me to do my lessons virtually. As an adult I cannot tell you how beneficial this is to have someone work with your crazy schedule. I was able to successfully change my lessons to biweekly in a virtual setting. I plan to do more at Music Makers as time and money allows, I really enjoy my time with Rebecca.

She is super friendly and made my daughter feel so welcomed during her evaluation. If the rest of the staff is as knowledgeable and friendly as her, then there is no doubt in my mind that the kids/adults that take classes there love it! Unfortunately, it was pretty pricey for our budget. But... If you have the money for it, GO FOR IT! We have a friend that went there (other location) that really excelled there!! It also has a huge family atmosphere with such great support!

Mr. Newton identified that the violin also needed a chin rest, tail piece (which was broken), and suggested a new bow. The bow I had was not made of real horse hair and was just in bad shape. He kept me informed of the maintenance the violin needed, polished it, fixed up the case, and gave me complementary rosin! Mr. and Mrs. Newton are well established in the community and are a great resource surrounding your music needs.
