I contacted Perrault & was told the roof is out of warranty & they were not willing to make it right or re- nail the shingles properly. I will not do business with this company again!

We had a representative come to our home in May to get an estimate on a Windows replacement and…read moreother work. We were told it would take about two weeks to receive an estimate. We called on July 2nd and were informed we would not receive an estimate until mid to late August. They would not give a estimate for the work start. They did not offer any real reason for this delay, except to say they were busy. Extremely poor communication, no interest in resolving our poor service or offering any recompense for a job that coould have been completed by now.
