We dropped our clothes early in the morning and the nice lady working that day told us to come back before 2:00pm. We made our way to the Berlin Wall Memorial on foot and got to checkout some of Berlin's neighborhoods as well. It's super close to the Stadtmitte UBahn and super convenient when I have to work late nights at the office since I can pick up even when they're closed. They do a great job, and if there are some spots or stains I need a them to work on, I let them know beforehand when I drop off my dry cleaning and they'll try their best to take it out (which happens in most cases).

During the extra half hour I called and emailed to let them know I was still waiting for my laundry to be picked up. I gave up and went up to my room. 15 minutes later I get an email stating that they weren't going to be able to pick up as they were overbooked today. The rep told me the driver had tried to reach me with no luck. Shameful that they would try to blame it on not reaching me when I am at a public space that is open, has a reception, they have my room number as well as my phone number AND I was waiting in person in the lobby with a bag of laundry! To say I'm disappointed is an understatement. They had audacity to ask if I wanted them to reschedule the pick up for the following day. Sure, let me sit and waste my morning while you again don't come and provide the service your business is based upon. Fool me once shame on you, fool me twice shame on me. What a joke.

Then the items were dropped off three days later... and I was quite disappointed in the result. There were spots on the dress, just normal dirt (not blood or wine) that should have been cleaned. The black coat was covered in white lint that wasn't there before I send the items. Overall, the 3 pieces were poorly pressed and had wrinkles in various spots. I wrote them what happened and they offered to re-clean the item again. I wrote them back and never heard back again. Very stressful and unsatisfactory experience. This is a problem I noticed with Berlin startups: terrible terrible customer service.
