To make a long story short we took some clothes cause we we're running a bit low on clean ones. We dropped our clothes early in the morning and the nice lady working that day told us to come back before 2:00pm. We made our way to the Berlin Wall Memorial on foot and got to checkout some of Berlin's neighborhoods as well. When we got back our clothes was clean and ready to go, and we had clean clothes for the remainder of our trip! Never take for granted the importance of clean clothes!

Shameful that they would try to blame it on not reaching me when I am at a public space that is open, has a reception, they have my room number as well as my phone number AND I was waiting in person in the lobby with a bag of laundry!
