The salads were so fresh, nutritional and beautiful that even our vegetarian guests were thrilled. The service is first rate, friendly, and they know their wines. We drank a wonderful wine, Keringer Commander that is so good, it should be imported into the USA. After a long day of hiking in the Alps, we came back for lunch just for another round of healthy and gourmet quality cooking.
