I had previously called a few other places and was unhappy with the quotes, the follow-through, and…read morethe responses to additional questions that I posed to the other companies. I called Lee after a friend had used him to put new gutters on her house and recommended him to me. Lee came out promptly and walked the entire house with me asking questions about placement of the gutters and also discussed the best way to handle the downspouts as I have a few unique challenges with height and overhangs. He helped me to understand exactly what his recommendations were and also worked to align them with my needs for keeping with the aesthetics of the house. Lee asked what color of gutters/downspouts I was thinking. I wanted to keep with the coloring of the trim on my house, but he was concerned that the colors that were available in the sheet metal might not 100% line up. We discussed using black because to the eyes, it virtually melts away. I needed to discuss with my wife, so Lee gave me the whole sample kit of colors that he had available to him. Lee went back to his truck and in about 10 minutes produced a quote for me which I felt was a great price considering all of the challenges that we discussed. We agreed to move forward. The day of the install, Lee was prompt and timely and went right to work with his crew. When I came home for lunch that day, I was surprised at the amount of work which he had accomplished, especially as it was late fall and EXTREMELY windy. He concurred that it probably was best to wait until the wind died down a bit. The forecast was bad over the next couple of day with high winds and rain. Lee was in contact each day with me to note his thoughts and let me know for the safety of him and his crew, that it was probably best to wait a few more days. After the weather broke, Lee was back at it and finished up quickly the remaining parts. I had added one other unique challenge for him in the way that I wanted the downspout to come down in one area of my house. Lee was able to adapt quickly but told me that he needed to stop to his distributor and get a couple extra bends in the sizes he needed. He was back the next day and completed the job for me. The gutters look GREAT on my house, and it came out better than I thought. I'm so happy that we used Lee for this project and would recommend him to anyone looking for a QUALITY job done at a VERY FAIR price. Thank you again Lee.

The team leader was a big man and demanded to be paid immediately and was very intimidating. There were branches and wood all over the place, the leaves were also all over the yard. They made great holes in my garden also. The trees that were near the downed oak received a lot of damage also but they refused to take those branches down. I can't even walk under those trees as the branches are all brushing the ground. NOT HAPPY AT ALL! They took advantage of an older single woman. And the owner was just as rude!

We did not even meet him; he met with the contractor who recommended him. He came out, looked the place over, provided some brief verbal information, indicated we had some issues, said he would call us with recommendations. This was weeks ago! We called the office, our contractor called the office, were assured by the person who answers the phone there we would get a call back.....never happened. Neither us nor our contractor heard a peep! Weeks have passed waiting for a response. We could have gotten another company to come in and address our issues, but unfortunately, we waited on that call. Needless to say, if this is how we were handled before any work started, I should consider myself lucky we did not put ourselves in a position to have hired this company, and had something like this happen. The nature of the work requested is well within the scope of services offered by Pro-Master of Scottville. I am left to wonder why we and our project were simply disregarded. How cool would it have been for these folks to simply say "thank you for calling, but we can't address your needs on this job" as opposed to "ghosting" us. I consider this, not only bad business, but a very serious character flaw. This behavior cost us weeks we could have been moving forward with another service provider. Very disappointing! We wanted a local company and to keep our business in the community. I only wish I understood what we did to receive such treatment. I did reach out via email before posting this review, just for the sake of full disclosure....no response.

Beware of the online reviews for this company. I chose All Seasons for my cleaning needs because of…read moretheir numerous 5-star ratings, but my experience was completely different. From the beginning, the company was disorganized and difficult to reach. Email inquiries often went unanswered for days, and phone calls and text messages were frequently not returned. After my first cleaning, dirty linens had been stuffed into closets, blankets were left thrown haphazardly on beds. To their credit, they did offer to come back out to amend the issue, however I took care of it myself, wrote it off as a one-time issue and continued utilizing their services. Unfortunately, things did not improve from there. I was overcharged multiple times for services. Although I was repeatedly assured that refunds would be issued, no action was taken. After waiting more than a month, I ultimately had to file disputes with my credit card company to recover the overcharges. Communication became an even greater concern when items were removed from my property without my knowledge or consent. I discovered they were missing only after reviewing security camera footage weeks later. When I reported the issue, I was repeatedly told the items would be located and returned, but despite multiple follow-ups, no resolution was provided. I eventually had to pursue legal action to recover the value of the missing items. I hope All Seasons improves its customer service, communication, billing practices, and accountability. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this company.
