Their estimate was spot on and competitive and whenever there was a change in cost we were given plenty of notice and options. We never felt out of the loop and knew what to expect, which was not the norm for many during a time of supply chain issues and price fluctuations. When we could not get other contractors to return our calls or emails for bids, David got back to us and kept us updated and never made us feel like anything but a valued customer. We love our new bedroom with en suite bathroom, bonus room and garage.
