All I can say is amazing this is always a good meal!! Luckily I was there with good friends and that made it even better. You have to make a resv if you are a party more than 2 for sure. It has a great ambience and staff are very friendly. We ordered the snails and they are so good!! I never would have thought that I would like them but they have bacon onion butter yummy you have to try it once!! You will love them. I shared the schlofeger screw with a colleague and it was steak pork and a big slab of bacon with spinach and potatoes. So so good of course we had to follow it up with dessert!!! I had the apple strudel and a scoop of ice cream. Again AMAZING! If you are in Erlangen it's down by the train station. Check it out. read more

On the first night, I had the Angus Ribeye with rosemary potatoes. For the side I opted to have bacon wrapped green beans. For cocktails I had a glass of Cabernet and it was quite nice. The service was phenomenal. The ambiance was nice and chill. I would say, if you're in town, the Angus steakhouse is the place to be. Das Restaurant Schlotfeger ist zentral gelegen, einige Minuten vom Hauptbahnhof entfernt. Reichlich Parkplätze gibt es hinter dem Bahnhof. Die Qualität der Speisen war super. Ich bin zwar kein Fleischesser aber meine Mitgäste fanden die Steaks genial lecker. Ich habe mich u.a. an das Salatbuffet gehalten, das sehr reichhaltig und gut war. read more
