My German friends said not to expect good customer service in Germany. If that's true, this hotel is one of a kind. Staff were attentive and obliging at every encounter, but especially went out of their way to help me check in when the airline website wasn't cooperating. To the point where the front desk person kept trying without even telling me, until she succeeded and brought me my boarding passes! Hotel itself is charming, clean, lovely. Would most certainly stay here again. read more
