They go above and beyond to make both pets (and pet parents) comfortable. While a flower delivery and sympathy card weren't on our mind from the vet, that's just a single example of the thought that is behind everything they do. They truly are a class act and perfect example of compassionate service in Orlando. I send all of my friends here when they're in the market for a new vet. Not only are the doctors kind and thorough, but the techs and front desk staff are what really make the difference. They get to know you and your pet and are always rooting for your furry companions. I fully believe they are a large reason why my girls have lived so long - they do routine bloodwork and have caught so many underlying issues throughout the last 6 years between the 2 of our girls (high blood pressure, hyperthyroid, all the things you don't think of for a cat). We've shed a lot of tears in Garden Vet recently, and I want to thank the whole team for taking such good care of Darla and us. Grief is not linear, and can be absolutely overwhelming. We're still healing, but we know Darla was in the best hands.

Like a majority of dogs do. It was so much fun paying the high and undisclosed bill at the end of every vet visit with the unfortunate receptionist who had to break the news to me that the annual visit was over $600. My new vet has not once mentioned my dog's nerves and has inversely, embraced her for it. Additionally, the vet techs always disclose every service's cost in real time. Before I get the bill. What a concept. Annual visits are below $400 now. Greed will be their downfall.

Casper, my cat, had a bad experience about 5 years ago, and ever since then, he's a menace at the vet and has always had to be put under full anesthesia. He had a really stressful experience with anesthesia at the last vet he went to, so I was pretty intense with them about him having a better experience here. They were so kind and so understanding and helpful, and they never treated me like I was being too much or inconveniencing them, which I appreciated so much. No vet since the one 5 years ago has been able to touch him without full anesthesia. I'm not sure what it was about this place, but he wasn't losing his mind, he wasn't hissing, he wasn't trying to attack, and he wanted out of his carrier. I was super nervous to let him out, but I did because he seemed to be doing okay. He explored and was OKAY! It was amazing. Then our vet tech Emily was absolutely incredible and was so kind and sweet to my baby- he can be a little rude and high strung so I really appreciated that she went the extra mile to make him feel comfortable. We didn't do a full exam, but he was letting us touch him and weigh him and everything, and then they put him under to biopsy a lump. While they were doing the biopsy, they were so good about calling me to update me as things were happening. This is my new vet for the rest of forever

Loved that quick turnaround on the notes from our visit too! We thought it was overall a great experience. If you're looking for a new vet, this place is it!

He usually hates going to the vet and gets anxious and trembles. The other vets used to take him to the back and give him his shots. They also asked if we'd be ok giving him his shots in the room with us present and we were definitely fine with that. We look forward to going back and taking our little girl pug next. I highly recommend them.

Dr Mansour has been someone I can trust to do a thorough exam and in tough times share the honest truth about my dogs condition. If you take your pets here on a regular basis, the shots are competitive to clinics offered at Walgreens and pet stores, except your pet is seen by a real Vet. They take appointments and also walk ins. My dog had a serious illness and the office was closed when he was so bad that I had to put him to sleep. Even though they did not handle this part of my pet's lifecycle, they sent me a nice sympathy card. They have their own pet's you might see while visiting the clinic. Recently I met a lady in the waiting room. She was fostering an animal for a rescue and shared how the staff had been attentive and helped her even though the charity was not understanding the animal's issues. Reasons why I recommend this Vet Clinic: 1) Years of experience 2) They will help work you in if they can the same day you contact them 3) Caring staff that have a customer and pet first attitude. They have the chart out and address you and the Pet by name. 4) In the age where you can do a lot of tests, they try to help you and obtain the tests that are necessary. When they feel additional testing is required, they present the options and possible outcomes to help you decide. I love that they take the time with each pet owner. I know another reviewer was not happy with an experience but I find that they do fact based diagnosis. I did get a new dog and before they saw her they asked that I bring any available vaccination and documentation so that we would not redo shots and they could pick the best treatment plan. If you are looking for a great Vet choose Michigan Street. It looks like a small building from the street, but it serves a staff with a big heart. They offer overnight care and surgery as well.

REMINDER TO BRING CASH/CHECKS as they charge a 3.5% fee for using a card. The front desk people are mostly fine except one girl that has a lot of attitude and is heard complaining about calls coming in. They booked an appointment that wasn't with the original vet which meant they charged for a stain that didn't even matter because the other vets wouldn't be able to tell me if her condition has improved. This is like the 5th appointment and I've been waiting for an hour as they take over 6 people in before me. This is not a review for the vet Bianca, but instead for the system and people they have employed. Navigating the later stages of a senior dog's life can be incredibly emotional, and you made every step feel manageable, thoughtful, and safe. As the owner of a pitbull, finding a veterinarian who treats us with compassion and without judgment has not always been easy, so the relief of feeling truly supported in your care was profound. You never rushed us, you explained things with patience, and you handled every situation with such gentleness and respect. Because of you, my dog's final years were filled with dignity and love, and I was able to face difficult decisions knowing we were in the best possible hands. You made me feel confident in every decision I made even the hardest ones. I also want to extend my gratitude to the entire staff. It was so meaningful that so many of you would pop into the room just to greet Ezra, even when you weren't working with him that day. We were cared for by Dr. Collins and her assistant Grace, and I truly cannot say enough about their compassion. When we had to make the heartbreaking decision to put Luna down, they sat on the floor with us, comforted us, and showed so much kindness and love to our dog. They wrapped her paws in gauze with a small heart so we wouldn't have to see the IVs, and gently wrapped her in a blanket so I could hold her as she peacefully went to sleep. They never rushed us and supported us through every moment. Weeks later, we received a beautiful card with Luna's paw print and nose print, along with handwritten notes from the entire staff. It meant more than I can express. In one of the hardest moments of our lives, they treated us and our dog like family. That kind of compassion stays with you, and we will never forget it.

Each time, we were told "okay" and understood. However, we were later informed that the bed and blankets had also been cremated--without our authorization. When we went to pick up our dog's belongings, before we said anything, a staff member stated that we had requested this, which is not accurate. All we want is to receive all of our dog's cremated remains. If additional items were cremated with her, we expect all resulting ashes to be returned to us in full. This situation reflects a serious breakdown in communication and documentation, and it has been deeply upsetting for our family.
