Great guy overall (especially for a doctor!). The RN's are awesome too. Vanessa (my nurse) was friendly and sweet and made me feel much better when I had my blood taken at the lab! The lab staff are incredible as well! I didn't even feel the needle go in OR be taken out! Honestly I've been to a lot of doctors before and this was probably the best experience I've ever had (this was just a yearly check up with a few blood tests). The location is super convenient for me, the wait wasn't bad but would've been better had their computer system not crashed. despite the fact that the computers were down, they were all still so accommodating. overall, the entire staff was SO friendly and accommodating, and Dr. Yenal Kem himself was extremely attentive and considerate with everything I said and all of my concerns. Good job guys!

Danielle is warm and…read morewelcoming, always happy to explain Reiki to newcomers (though I'm absolutely certain I'm not the only repeat customer... once you've experience this once, you're going to want to come back). The sessions begin with a chat about your aims for the session - whether you want some very specific healing or you just want to lie back and let Reiki take its course, Danielle is happy to help. The session itself is relaxing and calming. Gentle, soothing music helps to create the ambiance, as well as filtering out some of the background noise. Not that you'll hear very much after the Reiki has begun! After the session, Danielle will tell you about the Reiki work she has done during the session and there is an opportunity for further questions. It truly is a lovely - and helpful - experience and I recommend it highly.

By the time I found Airapy, I had just about given up home. When I contacted Airapy, I set an appointment to speak with a representative of theirs who would help me through the process of finding a therapist. In our conversation, she was so welcoming and thorough and really sought to identify my needs. She was very knowledgeable. Within just a few days after our phone call, she was able to send me the contact information of several therapists that fit my needs. I am happy to report that I am now receiving therapy from a local provider and I couldn't be happier!
