We had a frame made there... The glass they put is so heavy that it bends a little bit the frame... Basically the wood they used was too light too... Not very professional according to me... when we came back to say we were disappointed they added tape on the back... awesome... I guess you can find better for your framing "issues" !! read more

I had an onfortunate experience with their framing services too. I had brought them a picture on rag that had been painted over by an artist. They measured it and framed it too small, parts of the picture were bent and therefore (I consider) damaged. This wasn't what I had asked for, when I mentioned it they replied unfriendly "we did everything you asked us, we will not change unless you pay for it and pay for another re framing". I was astonished by their lack of client service and friendlyness. The person said she would address it to "the manager" , but propbably held her vision of things... Now I mus pay for a louzy service, unframe it and do it again... but by god it ll be somewhere else, they won't see me there again read more
