After contacting the representatives that assisted with my purchase, Johanna and Adrian, for help - they wanted more money. What's worse, they never even checked back to see how things were going or offer any reasonable help after I explained the predicament THEY put me in. In this type of industry, they don't represent the excellent service standards expected. Not elite, not excellent, not even worthy of an honorable mention. When your transaction is complete at this business, they will smile and give you their business card. But it's worthless because trying to ask for help after you leave the store is impossible.
