I came to Dr. Joe with the mindset that this was my last stop before I would need to get surgery, because I could barely walk or even put socks on myself without someone's help. Being in my young 20's, this was clearly not the route I wanted to take (surgery). After in depth conversations with Dr. Joe, he felt confident that in time I could be back to my normal routine (I am extremely active and love to workout/hike/ etc.) with the right program. So we got to work. And work it was, but well worth it. To this day I will always say that if it wasn't for him, I would not be working out the way I am at 36 weeks pregnant or able to do a lot of the things I love to do. I'm able to stay active, keep my back strong, and it's all because of the hard work him and his staff put in with me (and the stretches and things to do on my own at home). I am s grateful for cornerstone chiropractic and what they have done for me. Clearly, I highly recommend their practice!

It's funny because even after knowing him for all these years, he never ceases to amaze me with his knowledge and extraordinary capabilities. Most recently, I started to notice weakness in my left side. I couldn't left anything with my left arm. I first noticed it when I tried to lift my three pound laptop with only my left hand. No matter how hard I tried the laptop would not budge. I knew something was wrong, so I made an appointment with a neurologist. The neurologist confirmed that I had weakness in my left side and was concerned. He ordered a bunch of tests, some very painful, to rule out some of the more scary possibilities. After the MRIs and visits to his office...he discovered...it was...NOTHING. Nothing. He said the tests said I was fine! (besides a minor pinched nerve in my elbow) Basically, he said I could go home happy with the knowledge that I was 100% healthy. One problem. I STILL COULDN'T LIFT THINGS WITH MY LEFT SIDE. That is where the always brilliant Dr. Joe comes in. I went to visit him and told him about my problem. He asked a few questions, checked my strength, and then did a quick adjustment of my neck. This is where the miracle comes in. Immediately after receiving my adjustment I was able to lift things with my left side. I couldn't remember the last time I was able to do that. As soon as I got home, I passed the ultimate test: I was able to lift my laptop over my head. For the first time in my life, the left side of my body felt STRONGER than the right side. I am continuing to see Dr. Joe for this issue and am feeling better every day. You don't have to live with pain, discomfort, or the inability to do simple tasks like lifting objects with your left hand. If you are having any kind of pain or just want to prevent any future spine issues, go see Dr. Joe or Dr. Briana. I HIGHLY recommend them both. And really...that should be all you need to make your decision.

I do not love all chiropractors. Some are more businesses than they should be. Dr Rammey is excellent. He is thorough, knows exactly what he is doing and I walk out feeling 95% better with the first visit. I would not hesitate to recommend him and I have. His bedside manner and his kindness is tremendous. Anybody who is scared of doctors will not be once you see him. He makes you feel comfortable and not only that.. he explains things to you so that you understand them completely. He was able to figure out issues I was having for over 15 years on top of the reason I went there for in the first place. I went there because I had a bad fall and he was able to help put a plan in motion with me to help fix what I injured, but after he saw my x-rays he was able to see things that for some reason all the doctors that I've gone to over the past 15 years have not seen. what I like about him the most is that he does not look at x-rays first! he does not look at previous charts first or your paperwork first... He listens first! Then after that he does an exam to help him understand what he is dealing with. Then once that is done he does the x-rays and taks his time to review them to make sure he sees everything! so usually you have to go back the next day to find out what the plan if attack is. I had no problem with that because he found the answer to my problem I've been searching for for 15 years like I said. Not only is he confident he can fix it I've already seen a huge improvement in the past two weeks I have been seeing him. I used to be a workout fanatic but had to stop because my lower back pain was unbearable. Come to find out my hips were uneven. He gave me a lift to put in my one shoe and that pretty much took away almost all of the pain I had in my lower back!
