Teresa was all over the place but working on my hair, very aggressive hair techniques, blochy blond highlights no technique. The picture looks nothing like what I got. I was then charged 165 euros and she had no explanation. If you are not Italian, I don't recommend this salon. I did see some good work from the male that was working there but unfortunately my hair was awful. NOTE this wasn't a break down in communication but a true "take advantage" of travelers. Paul Mitchell should be ashamed of himself.
