Very disappointed with the car wash on Riverview. First- was unable to bill change machines were not working. Second - the booth I pulled into the coin machine was jammed, so I moved to the one to the right. Third - I put my money into machine and the machine would not accept my loonie and or toonie. Then I used the card tap option and it started working but unable to get nothing but water from the system. So I continued to spray the car just to get the dust and bugs from the car. Then I decided to add more money to continue on, but it stopped after the 2 plus minutes and ate my coins. This was always my go to car wash for years but now I will never go back again. unreliable, unmaintained, unresponsive, out of date equipment, tap system doesn't work, coin exchange machine gave me a 'toonie' from Barbados... left messages with no replies, finally got through, was promised a refund when last attempt resulted in no water after paying but haven't seen a dime, will NOT BE GOING BACK... Decided to give the place another chance, no soap and power/lights went out for half of my wash time. Unfortunately this place is struggling to keep up with constant theft and unsuccessful repairs. read more

I have tried twice in the last month to use this self serve car wash. The first time I lost $4.00 and it never started. Today I went again. I put in a loonie and it went thru. The second loonie went to the bottom and got caught, I couldn't get it out. So I put a third one in and it fell thru but did not know the second one out. So then I tried using my debit card. Lost $6.00 on that one. Call me dumb, I should have quit after losing the cash. Looked all over for a phone number to call. None found. Found their number and called. Answering machine - left message. If I don't hear from them, I will NEVER use this car wash again. read more

We use this car wash often however they have switch to tap your card payment system. 3 different occasions tried 4 diff credit cards and it does not work. Sometimes it doesn't register your loonies or twoonie either. Please fix your system. read more
