They gave the inside of my car a cleaning as well as cleaning my windows, they also checked the air pressure in my tires when i asked them to. Due to a freak lawn mowing accident my rear driver's window was broken. I had called a few places for glass replacement and Novus was able to accommodate me right away. Not only did they repair the window for half the price I was quoted by other repair shops, but they also made sure they vacuumed my car front and back and removed any broken glass. They also noticed a chip in the windshield and offered to call my insurance company to see if this repair could be performed at no charge, which they did. It was nice to have someone else do this for me. They cleaned all the other windows in my car and had my car ready for me in less than 3 hours. I was so impressed with their attention to detail, price and efficiency that I felt a 5 star review is highly deserved by this business.

I have been a customer at this location for a number of years…read more Although I find them pushy to add additional services/product, I am educated enough to decline. The problem is that my son had went in for a simple oil change and ended up having a bill over $240.00 on a vehicle that he just purchased a few weeks ago, which by the way had been safety and everything on it was check and good to go..... You say what is the issue.....well, let me tell you. My son asked for an oil change (which by the way was on a membership i had purchased a few months ago to get a better rate) When he asked for this simple oil change the individual had told him that he needed to get this done and that done, my son declined saying no he didn't want it done even saying he wasn't sure he would be able to pay that amount....more pressure came when the worker told him " you want to be safe, you don't want anything to happen to your vehicle when you leave here" Now imagine, an 18 year old, first car, first oil change and someone is basically saying if you don't get the work done you might not be safe" what do you think he did? He was threatened or basically pressured, or even worst scared into getting this work done.... worst service ever! I get that there are things you should inform the buyer on while getting the oil change especially things you see that may need repair but we need to keep in mind that we still are the customer and have the right to decline, keeping in mind the customer you are serving Thanks, FYI still waiting for a call from the owner, now 2 weeks ago that this incident happened!!!!! My advise go with someone if you are unsure of how to handle these products/service pushers Unfortunately I will not be returning to this location......... On a good note I called the other location (to get the owners name and number) and was spoken to in the best possible way about the situation, and to think he was just a worker....great guy, great attitude and very apologetic maybe we should find workers like that to work in all our locations.....feel bad I don't remember his name but you know who you were Thanks.....
