Setting up the pros and cons of each. Barndos direct won us over. Many barndo type companies have their designs and anything changed means lots of added costs. This was not the case with them. We appreciate this. Bobby (the owner) to set up a time to discuss the plans. The communication was fantastic leading up the first meeting. Our first interaction was via zoom with Bobby and the designer. We provided them with a blue print we like and discussed the customizations we wanted to make. After the 1 hr zoom call, we found out how much our blue prints would cost. The price was not much more then I could purchase them online but included unlimited changes and are build ready The price they said they could build a custom home for is far less than other companies we have spoken to. We wanted to meet them in person and they let that happen. I like to be able to write on paper and pencil my ideas and see instant interaction. We met with the team in person and am very pleased with the customer service they are providing. They keep an open line of communication and are willing to do whatever they can to help you accomplish your dream project. We are about to sign a contract with them and enter the build process.
