I am so glad another attorney returned my phone call immediately after hanging up with Julia today…read more I am not sure what this woman's issue is, but I was calling for a consultation and hung up in tears and feeling helpless. I'm a single mom due to rape and was looking for help getting my daughter a passport without notifying her father (who has never met her). This woman made me feel like I was exposing myself on a street corner, the way she spoke to me. Honestly, the lack of professionalism and sensitivity to the situation is absolutely unacceptable, especially in her field of work. Outside of the fact that Julia clearly needs some sensitivity and bias training, she was unknowledgeable in the laws she was aggressively "advising" me on. She literally went as far as telling me I was "endangering my child" by seeking a passport, and that there was no way around our issue. My new attorney already has the correct form emailed to me to solve our problem. Do not let this woman talk down to you. Spend your money elsewhere. I will be filing complaints everywhere I can after this conversation. No one should have to feel this way after consulting with an attorney.

That's her job to know everything about the case. On a Friday afternoon at 530pm an email was sent with bombshell information which apparently she expected the client to stew on all weekend. That is unprofessional, distressing and disrespecting the client. Furthermore, she sent discovery in an unencrypted email. Horrible! I don't think this is the right career for her. Lastly, attached are 2 email notices. One says I do need to appear and the other says no appearance at 436pm the day before I must appear. She withdrew from my case due to me asking valid questions, making her aware that she should of known about the plea deals as well as saying something about the discovery sent via unencrypted email. Do not let this firm represent your case. You will not have a great outcome!
