Omurice: The presentation deserves to be recorded in video if you post it in social media. The egg is split in front of you and it folds over the rice then finished with the demi glacé or cream sauce. We chose demi glacé. It was delicious. Teishoku: The salmon just melts in your mouth. It was marinated in miso so it is packed with umami . The side dishes that comes with it are also flavorful. Wagyu meatloaf was special of the day, served with multi grain rice. The meatloaf was moist with gravy on top. Breakfast sandwich was also special of the day'. Big sandwich with perfectly cooked eggs. Carrot cake is a great dessert to end the brunch. Moist and not overly sweet. Highly recommend. The interior reminds me of Royal Izakaya, which isn't surprising because they are under the same ownership. Dim lighting with some Japanese decoration.

The Boulevardier Highball was a delicious drink. I started the menu with Nori Cheese Tamagoyaki with Caviar. It was a Japanese style omelette with caviar. I didn't like how salty it was. I did like the caviar on top with the salad greens that had a good sauce on it. The next dish was kampachi- dashi, vinegar sauce, pickled Thai chili, crispy breadcrumbs, shiso, and olive oil. I loved the complexity of this dish-it had spicy/crispy/salty in one. Then came a curry donut with is the Kare Pan- I really recommend getting this if you go to DanceRobot. Then was the tonteki which was an iberico pork. This was definately a twist on tonteki. I really liked the soy and apricot. I think the sauce was thick but too overwhelming. The pork was ok but I wish it would have been pork belly- something more fatty. The dessert was a matcha cream puff. It was a pastry, matcha cream, pistachio paste, and blackberry. It was a bit too thick but I really liked the blackberry and matcha.

Their tasting room is beautiful but super cozy. I immediately felt relaxed the second I walked in. The winery is surrounded by forest and farmland. A picturesque landscape to admire while you drink wine! We sampled a bunch of their wines, and I finally tried their famous Shamong Blush and I get the hype now. It was smooth, sweet and went down easily. I really also enjoyed the Shamong Red and the Perfect Pear! Highly recommend doing a flight to sample different types of wines. They do have food onsite which they get from Summit Catering -- at the time of our visit (February 2025), we got the flatbread, cheeseboard, mac & cheese bites, and baked brie. Everything paired so well with the wine and just made it feel like a whole experience, not just a tasting. This is such a good spot to spend the day with your people. Date night, girls' day, family time -- you could easily hang here for hours like we did! And their event space is so pretty. If you're planning a wedding, shower, birthday -- this would be such a dreamy place to celebrate. If you need weekend plans, this is your sign. This was totally worth the hour drive!
