The WiFi was good during the whole trip and the hotel is located very close to the center (2-3 minutes walking) and right outside is also a major bus/tram station. In the older building, our room was always hot. My parents were in the honeymoon suite. There AC was set to shut off at night no matter what the guest wanted. My parents woke up sweating and couldn't figure out why the AC wouldn't turn on! 2- My room wasn't cleaned until 4pm when I called the front desk for a second time. 3- The elevator broke and we had to walk regularly up and down four flights of stairs, six if we went to the car. We opted for the upgraded room which was a larger room and very large bathroom with heated floors. The room was amazing and the bed soooo comfortable.
