Throughout the whole process I was kept up to date on everything that was happening on our end and on the other end. Anything that was needed was brought to my attention and anything I did not understand was broke down into detail so there was no questions regarding what was on the papers. The value of the service was beyond anything I expected. I figured it would be more like this is what we are doing and then I'd get the papers and told yea or no and go on from there. That was not the case. Jenna would reach out to me pretty much weekly letting me know what was happening and what we were waiting on and what was going to be the next step.
