Also, while renting there, it was made clear that any minor mishap would be charged to us. A sad state of affairs that made it difficult to be comfortable while living there. The wifi was meant to be "fiber optic" but turned out to be very slow and dropped out from time to time. Also, our apartment was plagued with a mold problem. I would not rent from this company again.
