Now, in September 2026, they still haven't come to fix my broken windows. I first reached out at the beginning of summer. Unfortunately, I think their business ethics are lacking. If this is how they treat customers, I will take my business elsewhere and will never use them again. If you didn't want to do the job, tell the customer and don't let them hang.......

WORST VENDOR I HAVE EVER WORKED WITH!…read more I called them to have my window frame sealing situation fixed. They provided an expensive price to get it done and would NOT negotiate a dollar less. Then I eventually went forward with it but wasted a week trying to get it approved by them through email (apparently telling them "okay" through the phone wasn't enough) The worst was getting a lead time from them, they always told me "we'll get back to you" for a month (which was the time this project should've been over with) until I had enough and confronted them about it. The representative was unable to give a valid answer and hung up in my face and then the head of the company I guess told me he'd contact every glass company in the area to refuse this project. This behavior is unacceptable and I sincerely hope karma hits them back and they run out of business. What a waste of time.

When I first called to get a quote, they were professional and worked with my schedule to set up a time to come in and have a look. When the guy showed up to have a look, he asked a bunch of questions to make sure I would get exactly what I wanted. The same person then came back to take final measurements and a couple of months later, when my windows arrived (I had ordered them just before Christmas, so the delay was only due to the holidays) the same person installed them. The consistency is nice - no need to repeat anything and no fear of miscommunication. They were in and out in two days and the windows look amazing. They cleaned up locked up after they left each night and even left me a note to tell me what had been done during the day. I'd recommend these guys to anyone who asked.
