However not realizing I gave the wrong address for my friend, I also did not realize that the florist was over 2 1/2 hours away from my friend who lived in seven Oaks. Delivery was made to the wrong address, but that was on me, but this florist went over and above. They partially compensated me back on the original order and found me a florist in seven Oaks to make the delivery for me on a Saturday. Thank you again for going above and beyond!

The shop was decorated for Christmas and I was feeling a bit envious that I could never get my house to look that festive, no matter what I do. But I did feel I could achieve a similar look with some help. I spoke with the florist who was sweet and knowledgeable, she gave me excellent ideas. By the time I got finished looking around the shop and acting on her ideas I left with a wreath and several poinsettias. They handled the rest! Given how expensive London generally is, the arrangement was reasonably priced (I even went ahead and asked for an upgrade from the original offer).
