We loved the service here! The staff were so kind and attentive. We were helped right away even though it was a last-minute inquiry. We showed a picture of what we wanted, and he did his best to bring it to life based on our budget. The result was beautiful, you can tell the bouquet was made with love, care, and attention to detail. The price was very reasonable, and we only waited about 20 minutes. Really disappointed. I was gifted a bouquet that was bought here on Tuesday the 3rd and upon receiving them, the roses looked old. My bf who trusted the man who sold them to him said "they are good for 2 weeks" the flowers never bloomed and the ones that did only opened up to wilt. When i went to put them in a vase the flower in the center had MOLD on it! I was trying to be nice because my bf got them for me but I'm truly just upset at the lack of care. Selling old flowers that are literally rotting from the inside made me feel the complete opposite of what the gesture is supposed to feel like. I didn't take pictures of all that because I was trying to brush it off but seeing these flowers in the vase is truly infuriating. read more

I ordered a bouquet for a graduation. I reached out to the florist and sent photos of how I'd like arrangement to be made. From the photos I sent, I was given a range between $75-$130 for the custom arrangement. I opted for the $90 arrangement and it was beautiful! I had requested for the flowers to be light, soft colors. The flowers are gorgeous and the recipient received so many compliments. My husband called Gladys, and spoke to him and said that the arrangements were placed at the gravesite, but yet when she sent the pictures, it was no where near our grandbaby's site. Very disappointed that after talking with her, she was adiment that it was not her delivery workers but instead blamed it on Rose Hills. My husband all he wanted from Gladys and the flower shop to take responsibility for the misdelivered of the flowers arrangements and destruction. Please do not place your orders with this shop, unless you want these arrangements destroyed.

Little Tokyo Florist at first quoted a higher price than I was expecting, but was able to lower the price and include as many orchids as possible within my budget. It turned out that a lot of orchids fit within the budget! The design of the spray was very beautiful, as I expected from photos of her work on Yelp. Delivery was $40 and the spray was $300, not including tax. After tax the total was $373.15. The flowers lasted a long time after the service, so we definitely got some fresh flowers.

This is probably one of my most cherished places to go and buy flowers. It's a fusion - a cafe and a floral shop combined! I can't think of any other place that does this! I stop by to buy flowers on special days, like Mother's Day and anniversaries, and pick up a coffee and chill for a little bit (I recommend their honey + lavender latte). Both florists are Korean, so you'll obviously be looking at arrangements that are more suited to appeal other Koreans. So I recommend calling them in advance and working out an arrangement that suits with what you're looking for. If there aren't any arrangements that appeal to you, then don't just walk out; just ask the florist if he/she can arrange with your taste. That's all it takes. They're always present during the morning-late afternoon. They really try their best to satisfy the customers' needs, and that's pretty rare to see in any business. My son ordered an arrangement, understood that if the flowers weren't in season replacement flowers will be added in instead, but wouldn't change the overall theme. However, when I received the flower delivery, the flowers the florist chose for replacements didn't compare to what's shown. For anyone considering making a purchase, just be cautious, as the quality of the flowers you actually receive may not be as fresh like what you see in the advertisement photos. read more

They always did such a great job with their arrangements and service. But ever since we moved down to O.C., I've missed having a florist like this nearby. This year, my wife started a new job in DTLA--so I figured it was the perfect time to go back to Eighth Street Florist. I asked for a fresh summer arrangement to be delivered to her office, and just a couple hours later, I got a long message from her with photos, telling me how beautiful the flowers were. She was thrilled. The florist even texted me a photo of the arrangement before delivery and confirmed when it was dropped off. That kind of follow-through really stands out these days. It's so nice to be back with a florist I can trust. As long as we're nearby, I'll keep coming back here for every special occasion--or even just a random flower day.
