We drove from NC to see a truck we found online that fit what we were looking for well. Bret was great to work with and our trade in and purchase process went very smoothly and quickly. We are very pleased with our new truck! It was well worth the drive. read more

I had an appointment that "would only take a few minutes" for 2 recalls on my clients vehicle. It ended up taking almost 3 hours. the service team was kind but speed is their problem. They need to work on scheduling/ organization. read more

Made an appointment online for a "concours condition" 1984 El Camino several weeks in advance. Basic service....Oil/filter change, transmission service, differential fluid change and "multi-point" overall inspection. Received a confirmation email and as well, a reminder email/text the day before. Took the day off from work, drove over from Salem, and arrived 15 minutes early for the 9am appointment. I WAS TOLD THAT THEY DO NOT DO ANY SERVICE ON CARS OLDER THAN 1995!!? I asked why nobody had bothered to call me to let me know of their service policy and was told that, "....we don't see the details of the service appointments...."????? I also asked why there is no mention of the policies on their website and was told, ".....we have no control over the website...."????? This is a General Motors, Chevrolet dealership, right? (I also owned a "Show Condition" 1966 Mustang GT. Every Ford dealer I did business with was always more than happy to service the car!). What else can be said here.....The episode speaks volumes for itself. (And to think that we were considering the purchase of a new Suburban!) On a positive note, the one "Service Advisor" did recommend a local repair shop that did work on "Classics"....... read more

scenic Chevy treated me wonderfully and had a fast, streamlined process from looking at cars on the lot to going through finance. I was uncomfortable with buying a car but Dillon made me feel comfortable through it. he explained all of the details and sped things up tremendously. thank you Dillon! read more

We feel that the service provided by Scenic Chevrolet was amazing. Everyone at the dealership was friendly, professional, and made us feel like valued customers. We would definitely recommend Scenic Chevrolet to our friends and family. read more

Friendly staff, great customer service and it was the best car buying experience I have ever had!

Wife took car in for an oil change had coupon so much off. Had it done, went to pay the bill rang it up and it was one amount. My Wife remembered she forgot to give the woman the coupon. The woman took the coupon and refigured the amount. The total was larger then before she presented the coupon. My wife asked why it was bigger, the woman said something hadn't been added in by accident . Didn't pass the sniff test. read more

Saw ad for a car I wanted at sticker price, I emailed to verify the car was in stock and the price. I received an email verifying the price and availability I then emailed to move forward on the purchase and was told it was a mistake and the actual price was actually $10,000.00 more than what they had advertised and told me in an email. Deceptive trade practice imho, I would not recommend this dealership to anyone! read more

Very unprofessional! First I would like to say this : I wouldn't be writing this review if the General Manager would have called me back. I left me name and number with the secretary but never received a call back. I showed up on a Friday for my appointment which they had no record of. I clearly asked this service center not to drive my wife's twin turbo Red Sport 400, but they drove it 2 miles anyway. Not to mention they didn't even rotate and balance my tires like I asked them to do.When confronted, the service manager got cocky and told me maybe we're not the service center for me if his Techs can't drive the cars they repair. And your right, sir. I'll be going elsewhere where people will respect my wishes. I will say the Mechanic did an excellent job on her brakes. Too bad the service didn't match his work read more

Called in for info with ordering a new C8 corvette, the salesman thought I was referring to a 2019 c7 and as I corrected him and ask him for the wait time, the answer was 'what do you mean, we don't know the wait time and I'm just a sales man'. This is the biggest joke I've heard, if you go spec and order a 911 targa the Porsche dealer will tell you it's going to be around 9-12 month, even Toyota Supra back in 2019 will tell you the wait time. This dealer is extremely unprofessional and rude read more

Wonderful dealership and very professional! Would absolutely recommend to anyone if you are in the market for a new or used vehicle!

Bought myself a truck here, They seem to have more inventory then other dealerships. Go See Roger he helped me and had quite a bit of knowledge and when he didnt know the answer he found it out for me. Roger was an Honest and reliable salesman I will buy every car from now on from him! It was a great experience. read more

I purchased a Kia Soul from this dealership yesterday and my experience was flawless! I worked with Roger and he made my experience so easy and really worked with me to get the best deal possible. I really appreciate the opportunity to have a pressure free environment with a salesman who worked hard to locate exactly what I was looking for. This was THE BEST experience I have had at a car dealership. read more

Offered me 50,000 for my truck and Kelley blue book is 56 to 58 trade-in Private party is 62,000 the manager told me I need to get my truck detailed and then we can talk not very professional drove an hour and a half to the dealership to look at the truck and they didn't even have the truck i wanted after they told me it was there so I looked at a 2020 and then tell me they're only gonna give me $50,000 for my truck very unprofessional wouldn't recommend to anyone read more

Definitely worth the drive from Greenville. Purchased a 2019 Corvette from them last week and couldn't be happier. Kevin, Evan, and Chris were all excellent to deal with; and Kevin, especially, is very knowledgeable about Corvettes. read more

The staff was very helping to me on several occasions. I needed to drop my truck off for service and was given a loaner truck. I also bought a new 2018 Colorado Z71 and was given a great deal and service by Ronnie O'Kelly. I highly recommend if you are looking for a Chevy. read more

The worst! Best to pass them by in favor of another dealership. Nothing good to say about my experiences buying and servicing my truck there. Buyer beware! read more

They cheated on the price and then slipped in charge i didn't see till i got home. No call backs from salesman. I actually called there and ask did they sell cars. The salesman was rude and the manager called me at home and chewed me out because i gave them a bad review. Never again would i visit this disgusting place. They have many other bad reviews. read more

What can I say......I went to look/buy a car. I did all my research, had 4 - 5 vehicle in mide and the price I would pay. Although I did not get the vehicle I originally went in for (As they were waiting for a new shipments to come in) I did find one that was on my list and I am very happy with. There was no pressure to buy something I could not afford and my sales person did not use the ploy of going back and forth to the manager to discuss pricing (I would have walked out of the place, they also did not know I was going to trade my suv and paying cash until I made the deal). read more

Sales lady Whitney lied in an email just to get us on site and was very unknowledgeable and wouldn't back up her promises. Sales manager was very rude, unfriendly and unprofessional. Completely horrible experience as I should've known from Facebook reviews. read more

Service department replaced my Bluetooth controller with an inferior device. I should never paid the $750 dollars without making sure it worked. I have also been waiting for over 3 years for my recalled airbag to be replaced. They show no interest in resolving my issues. I bought a Suburban and a Silverado from Scenic Chevrolet... and they will be my LAST. I would recommend not buying a vehicle here. read more

After numerous phone calls with this dealership, we drove 3 hours from TN to SC to check out a Jeep we had been searching for. Everything from the phone calls to the entire visit was excellent. Our salesman Evan and the financial paperwork gentleman, Kevin, were both extremely friendly and not pushy at all. We did a trade in and bought a non-Chevy vehicle and they still treated us like gold. There was a decal on the Jeep we were purchasing I wanted removed and Evan gave us a fantastic loaner car to use while we waited for them to remove that and detail it. The Jeep came out looking absolutely brand new sans decal! Fantastic car buying experience. read more

Several problems 1. I was told that my new silverado was ready for pick-up at 2pm. on 1/17/14 I arrived at 4 pm the truck was not ready at 5 pm I was told there was a problem the detail people had locked all the keys in the vehicle I had to give my password to ONstar in the presence of a Scenic employee, who was filling in for my sales person, finally the vehicle arrived at 5:30. 1.)I was promised a full tank of gas there was less than 3/4 tank and no one was available to authorize a top off. 2.)143 miles had been driven on the vehicle since I had paid for it.(ostensibly to have a bed liner and brake controller installed in Anderson) 3.)When asked to pay for after market products installed, the sales person, nor the cashier, could provide with invoices for either the liner or the brake controller. I was forced to pay $739.14 for these and other items in order to take the vehicle. As of today 1/23/14 I have still not been able to get documentation on a Scenic Chevrolet invoice to show what I paid them for. 4.)After driving home and getting out of the vehicle it became evident that the brake controller had jammed in the on position and the vehicle brake light had been on since I left the dealership 40 minuets later. 5.) I telephoned my sales person the next day Sat. morning to voice my complaints and was told the vehicle should not have been delivered it wasn't ready and he had no answer at that time for the billing snafu. I requested that he give me a number for the local Chevy Rep and he said he had to get permission from his boss. He also said that he would contact his vendor 1st thing Monday Morning the 20th and get back to me on the brake controller. 6.) Today 1/23 I received an Email telling me if I had any questions I could call line X of Anderson, obviously not intending to address what could possibly be a driving hazard because of a faulty switch. 7.) On Monday 1/20 at 5:15 I finally received the call from Mr Smith Mr. Jankowy"s supervisor to supposedly address some of these problems. When asked if Mr. Jankowy had related my request he said he did get it Sat. but got busy and did not have any opportunity to call until late in the day Monday. He did offer if I drove from Fair Play to Wahalla he would top off the gas tank and he would get me the invoices for the work for which I paid Scenic Chevrolet for. 8.) I received two in voices tues. afternoon 1/21/14 which were from LineX Anderson Billing Scenic Chevrolet I did receive any itemized invoices from Scenic Chevrolet Billing me for the money I paid them for the items mentioned. 9.) As of today I have not had use of a vehicle capable of towing my 7000# capacity trailer which is used for transporting a tractor and dozer used in my business. 10.)Today 1/23/14 I telephoned Scenic at approx. 9:30 am, asked to talk to Mr. smith concerning these issues. He was not answering his phone so I left a message to return my call It is now 4 pm. and again no phone call. Mike Denz read more

There's Service department is unreachable via phone! You have to leave a message I tried 3-4 time's in 2 days could never get anyone live except the receptionist that doesn't seem to understand why people want to talk to a human not a machine! I have a serious recall that could cause a fire at the fuel tank due to faulty wiring this is not something that can wait I don't need my truck going up in flames on the interstate so I had to call a deal in Anderson and on the first call I had the recall verified via the vin and the kit ordered in less than 30 minutes sorry Scenic Chevrolet I will take my business elsewhere that cares about their customers and yes I am annoyed I have a $50000.00 truck that could burn up on me while driving it and all GM dealers should take it very seriously when a customer calls concerned about a fuel fire risk 32 gallons of gasoline that could ignition is not a joking matter Anderson even aranged for a loaner car if it can't be fixed while waiting if it can't be finished the same day since we live in Walhalla this dealer lost any possible business from me in the future because of there lack of urgency, I tried to keep my business local but this place doesn't care, read more

These people are crooks! They will half arse fix your vehicle leaving electrical parts disconnected or bolts not tightened. The service manager is very rude and condescending when you start to talk above his head or question him. They ruined my truck when repairs where done, and when i had tires changed it took them over four hours!! If i knew that i would have taken it to Walmart, they do a better job anyways. I would not bring my childrens western flyer wagon to them to fix. My sister took her car up there "me warning her" and they did a poor job doing simple oil change maintenance and they stuck a nasty price tag on that service. And who wants to buy a $40,000 truck that they have "redesigned" by taking more material off the truck, thinner metal, lighter and all but charge you more money for it?? GM needs to really rethink the current economy. Only idiots will buy your trucks and pay some union workers retirement. Best thing this dealership did was invest in KIA of anderson, and that says alot there. read more
